Ingredients<br /><br />Basmati Rice - 1 Cup (250 Ml)<br />Ghee - 2 tsp<br />Whole Spices [Cinnamon, Cardamom Pod - 3 Nos, Star Anise - 1<br />Clove, Bay Leaf]<br />Onion - 2 Chopped<br />Ginger-Garlic Paste<br />Oil - 6 Tsp<br />Tomato - 1 Chopped<br />Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp<br />Salt<br />Curd - 1/2 Cup<br />Potato - 1 Bowl<br />Carrot - 1 Chopped<br />Few Mint Leaves<br />Few Coriander Leaves<br />Water - 2 Cups<br /><br />For Masala Paste<br />Kashmiri Red Chili - 3 Nos<br />Green Chili - 2 Nos<br />A Piece of Ginger<br />Chopped Onion - 2 Tsp<br />Few Mint Leaves<br />Few Coriander Leaves<br />Little Water <br /><br />#VegetableBiryani # #biryanirecipe #vegbriyani<br /><br />Method<br />1. Wash 1 cup (250 ml) of basmati rice and soak it in water for about 30 min.<br />2. After 30 min, drain the water and keep it aside.<br />3. Take a pot full of water add all the Whole spices in water and add the soaked rice in the pot and cook 80% of rice. And drain the water.<br />4. Pour 4 tbsp mustard oil in a kadhai and fry 4 fine chopped onion until golden brown. After take it out aside.<br />5. Add 2 spoon of oil, Add same all Whole spices, and 1tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp red chili powder,11/2 tsp biryani masala fry them well.<br />7. Add 1/2 bowl of curd and cook for 15 minutes.<br />8. Veggies to be chopped and added – 1 large potato, 1 carrot, 1 bowl of capsicum, 1 bowl of yellow capsicum. Mix & cook the ingredient for about 5 min.<br />10. For flavor add some mint and coriander leaves.<br />11. Finally, layered the soaked basmati rice and 2 tsp of desi ghee and milk for it to cook. (add salt as needed)<br />12. Now cook the biriyani for 20 medium in medium heat.on the Tawa.<br />13.
